River Loughor (Tal-y-fan beat)

Brief description of fishery:

Being our lowest beat on the River Loughor, Tal-y-fan can be affected by high tides so is therefore an excellent location to intercept fresh running migratory fish. The fishing is mostly right-hand bank, and there is a slower pace to the water, with deep holding pools. There’s a noted area known as ‘The Pylons’, which proves popular for day time fishing with either worm or spinner.
